As someone who often feels like they're walking through life in the dark, I created the art piece Ray of Light that tells the story of a ray of sunlight that shines through the darkness. It shows that darkness is the absence of light, and as long as you cling to hope you will always find light embraces you.
 
I was inspired by overcoming adversity and depression that I was battleing and no matter how dark and cold things may seem, there is always a ray of light ready to embrace you. It's a reminder that hope is never lost and to never give up.
